The rental price, including utilities, is calculated by the period of staying in co-living. The price can be calculated when reserving the loft in our website.
Loft parameters:
- The total area is 38 m²
- Sleeping area accessible by stairs. The bed can be separated into two parts and divide the sleeping area
- Large workspace
- Spacious living room
- Kitchen

- Windows to the west, overlooking the park
- Access to all common areas
We LOFT's most spacious loft is accessed via a large mezzanine with stairs. There is a sleeping area with a bed that can be divided and separated into two sleeping areas. There is also a closet, a work space, and through the windows you can see the green area and the park..
For easier settling in, we offer packages that make the household easier:
Houseware package: kettle, plate set 2 pcs, medium glass 2 pcs, mug 2 pcs, 4-piece cutlery set, 2-piece knife set, cutting board. Delivery within 3 working days. (one-time fee of EUR 100).
Textile package: double blanket, two pillows, a set of covers and a sheet, bath towels 2 pcs. Delivery within 3 working days. (one-time fee of EUR 120).

The price includes:

The price does not include:
- - Additional services (parking space, bicycle/scooter storage/charging, pet-friendly, residency registration, etc.)
- - Self-service laundry services.
