The rental price, including utilities, is calculated by the period of staying in co-living. The price can be calculated when reserving the loft in our website.

A more spacious loft in the East direction with a sleeping space on the mezzanine, where a 140x200 bed is installed, accessible by stairs. The loft has a kitchenette and a bathroom. There are only three S lofts!The total area of the loft is 16m² + sleeping area 6m².
For easier settling in, we offer packages that make the household easier:
Houseware package: kettle, plate set 2 pcs, medium glass 2 pcs, mug 2 pcs, 4-piece cutlery set, 2-piece knife set, cutting board. Delivery within 3 working days. (one-time fee of EUR 100).
Textile package: double blanket, two pillows, a set of covers and a sheet, bath towels 2 pcs. Delivery within 3 working days. (one-time fee of EUR 120).

The price includes:
