The rental price, including utilities, is calculated by the period of staying in co-living. The price can be calculated when reserving the loft in our website.

A comfortable loft with stairs to the mezzanine level. There is a sleeping area with a 140x200 bed, a wardrobe, and a work area. The green area and the park can be seen from the windows.
For easier settling in, we offer packages that make the household easier:
Houseware package: kettle, plate set 2 pcs, medium glass 2 pcs, mug 2 pcs, 4-piece cutlery set, 2-piece knife set, cutting board. Delivery within 3 working days. (one-time fee of EUR 100).
Textile package: double blanket, two pillows, a set of covers and a sheet, bath towels 2 pcs. Delivery within 3 working days. (one-time fee of EUR 120).
