- The total area is 38 m²
- Sleeping area accessible by stairs. The bed can be separated into two parts and divide the sleeping area

The XL apartments are the largest in our community, with a generous mezzanine level accessible by stairs. The sleeping area includes a bed that can be divided into two separate sleeping spaces for added flexibility. It also has a long unfoldable sofa. So, theoretically in XL-sized apartments can live up to 3 people. Apartment also features a few wardrobes and a big work area. West-facing windows offer pleasant views of the green areas and the park. Live in comfort and modernity at its finest.
